Pallet trucks (hydraulic pallet trucks) are used everywhere, making the work of warehouse workers much easier. But they have a disadvantage that prevents them from being used in certain conditions - they require solid and smooth surface in the places of their movement. That's why very often the way to the areas with soil cover, grass, with crushed stone and debris, with pits, on small fresh snow, etc. is closed for them. This is due to the cast front wheels, i.e. being solid, of small diameter and therefore not suitable for "rough" terrain. Even a simple bolt on a normal floor bedding turns into an obstacle! And not everyone has equipment for outdoor works ... The market offers so-called off-road trolleys or pallet trucks:

But their cost ranges between 60,000 and 100,000 rubles! Moreover, they do not meet high expectations for load capacity and manoeuvrability.

Therefore, based on all the above-said we have developed the Mechanism for Increasing the Pallet Truck Manoeuvrability. Asphalt with potholes and crushed stone, dirt roads with pits, grass areas, snow with bumpy ice, and obstacles on a hard flat surface for the pallet truck, equipped with such a mechanism can be easily traversable!
