HELICAL PLATE BENDER

The Hydraulic Helical Plate Bender is an indispensable element in the process equipment line for the production of high-quality helical piles.

Designed for bending helical plates with a diameter from 57 to 133 mm.
Helical plate pitch: 57 - 50 mm, 76/89/108 - 70 mm, 133 - 90 mm. The working stress is 8 tons.
Hydraulic power unit - 250 ATM with actuator at the customer's choice: 220 or 380 V.

The Helical Plate Bender characteristic feature (and a significant advantage over its analogues) is its versatility: bending of one-and-a-half and stretching of single-turn plates for helical piles.

Performance: single-turn plates - 2 pcs/min (120 pcs/hour), one-and-a-half plates -1 pcs/min (60 pcs/hour). When changing the plate diameter, it does not require changeover.
